Our Team

Meet our dedicated team—the people who share their hard work and big hearts to make New Day such a special place.

We couldn’t do what we do without our dedicated volunteers! Here’s how you can become involved.

Beth Long

A former YMCA executive, Beth founded New Day Ranch in 2005. Her favorite part about her job? “The moment someone takes a step in a positive direction.”

Judy Williams

An educator and horse enthusiast, Judy loves sharing the joys of connecting with horses with her New Day students, who range from age 5 to 92.

Kelly Duteil

Kelly had been giving riding lessons when she joined New Day, eager to help people of all ages work with horses to gain insight into their lives.

Maggie Kinney

Maggie loves helping children build a relationship with horses. When she’s not leading classes, you’ll find her caring for New Day’s goats, Bentley and Bandit.

Dr. Jean Deters

Dr. Deters is a clinical psychologist who leads New Day’s psychotherapy programs. She feels inspired to help all people find love and joy in their lives.
